Registration for our swim programs can be completed online through our registration portal, in person at our main office, or by phone. Please have your swimmer's information ready, including any previous swimming experience. For new swimmers, we recommend a skill assessment to determine the most appropriate program.

Required equipment varies by program level. Basic requirements include a proper-fitting swimsuit and goggles. Higher-level programs may require fins, kickboards, pull buoys, and paddles. Team swim caps are provided to all registered swimmers. A detailed equipment list will be provided upon registration.

Yes, we offer to try out a class or for the month at the monthly rate before signing up for the season.

WEST does not provide make up classes for illness, injuries, or vacations.

Parents are welcome to observe practices from our designated viewing areas. For younger swimmers (ages 12 and under), we recommend parents remain on-site during practices. For older swimmers, parents may drop off and pick up. We host periodic "Parent Observation Days" when parents can get a closer look at training sessions.
